Built so three families never trip over each other.
Every floor has its own bedroom and its own full bath, so each family gets a corner of the house to call theirs, and still meets everyone around the table.
The “W” is a custom three-story chalet wrapped in tall trees, with central heat and air conditioning so it’s comfortable whether you’re here for summer lake days or a deep-snow winter. Real beds for twelve, with room for sixteen and up once the kids and the air mattresses join in.
Tall windows on every side, local wildlife wandering past, two wood-burning fireplaces, and a generator standing by for when a mountain storm takes the power. It’s a house that’s ready for a crowd and quiet enough to disappear into.
And when the kids are down, the night moves to the bottom-floor game room — rack the pool table, throw some darts, pour a nightcap at the wet bar. It’s where every evening ends up.
“We built the W for the trips our own families kept trying to plan: everyone under one roof, nobody on a couch. We host it the way we’d want to be hosted.”
